My build history on this forum
#1
I've always been into RC, I find it the most fun way to apply my hobby electronics interests that I've had since a young boy.   Back at the turn of the century I was into Mini-z and BitChar-G micro cars and modding them.  I even had a site called woahnelly.com that I sold aftermarket H-bridge circuits using high quality mosfets with super low Rds on values to drive the motor current through the brushed motors.

The forums I frequented were:

bitPimps Custom Modifications :: Doin' It To Your Momma's Chassis! (lixlink.com)
TinyRC.com - Powered by vBulletin
Forums Archive - ausmicro.com

Most of these forums are pretty much dead now as the fad/interest has moved on, I just don't think this will happen to FPV, it is too unique an experience over traditional LOS rc in my opinion.

Any of you guys/girls ever visit those forums?  I guess I'm showing my age as well, lol...

Anyways, after strolling down memory lane for a while I decided to look up all my past builds I've posted.  Damn there's a few, prolly more that Ronin who at his peak was quite the build whore, lol, think that's me or lemony now... Big Grin

I think you’ve got at least a few more than me. Big Grin

Thanks for putting these all in one place, I’ll have to go through and read the ones I’ve missed. I do love a good build thread. Smile
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

I will be checking all of those out. I just had a quick peek at the HX115 build as that is similar to something I am trying to do at the minute, using the slightly bigger size 1108 motors. Guessing you eventually worked out the video problem. Smile

Actually I don't think I did. I'll blame it on the oscar backpack vtx I was using!! lol..

I had similar lines on my M85 back in June/July and adding a small cap to the power leads got rid of the bands in the video. So guessing a dirty power issue, rather than a vtx issue, or at least it was on mine.
