New Source One v5 build!
#1
I had a bunch of 'spare parts' laying around, so decided to grab a Source One v5 frame to throw everything in - I like the split-level design of the frame, but there's barely enough room to fit even a Vista (I had to use taller standoffs than what came with the frame) - Can't wait to take this out for it's maiden flight tomorrow!

SpeedyBee F405 v3 50A stack (Flashed with Bluejay)
Crossfire Nano RX
Caddx Vista w/ 120fps OG cam
Ethix Watermelon props
Custom 3D printed landing bumpers and antenna mount

Beautiful build.
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

Gotta say.. my Source One frame had been used and abused..and I have ZERO complaints, as a matter of fact it has 3 different motors on it (it started with a complete set).. other than trying to remember what version and where I got it.. especially if I’m printing parts or may need a my rig…

Crossfire frequency (868/915MHz, I believe) set correctly for your region ?

Yes, I have it set to 915MHz, like all my other quads, locked at 150Hz - I just checked all my solder joints, they are fine, antenna is connected securely, I'm thinking the Nano might be DOA
