So the backstory of my problem is that I first bought all my drone stuff. Soldered it correctly and got is working in betaflight (even my reciver). Then when I got to the motors tab i cranked up the motors and the esc burned up... So I bought a new stack and solderd it togheter. Now im in betaflight hell again and cant get my reciver working. I have looked all over forums and stuff but everyone just says Rx to Tx and Tx to Rx and dont forget the uart. But ofc ive checked that and its correct. (ive tried with and without battery aswell)

Can you post pictures of your work and what list what components are you using?
 Is your receiver binding/working?

I watched the video,
Your wiring looks correct and you are using uart 2.
You can turn on telemetry in betaflight receiver tab.
Is your radio telemetry sensors working?
When you turn off radio with receiver powered up does transmitter give a message that receiver is still on or if you power off receiver do you hear telemetry lost message?

Hi! yea so the reciver is steady green when i turn on the controller. Wich as far as I know means binded. (Tried rebinding worked fine). Telemetry turned on now. Radio telemetry sensors should work how do I check? Dont hear any telemetry lost message. Were should i hear that? radio?

   To see if the sensors are working go to the telemetry screen on your radio.
 You will see “discover new “ as you scroll down the list of sensors.Click on “discover new “ with receiver on and you will see values fill in or there will be values already there.
 
  
 
  Another way to know if telemetry is working is on the first screen on radio you will see a set of bars next to battery bar meter with receiver and radio on.Right above the 3 in Avio 3 you will see the graph I’m referring to in the picture below.
 

  Given the above is working should hear telemetry lost when you power off receiver with transmitter left on.
  
  If everything is working as in above the following video should get you setup in betaflight.

When I press discover new noting new fills in. Its just ---. How long does it take to fill in. And maybe a retarded question but im new after all but do I have to be connected to the reciver to see the telematry fill in? How do i fix it?

The receiver led can be solid green and need updating so try rebinding the receiver using Agent Light.
It’s a quick process.
Just use Agent light and bind the receiver.You’ll see a message to update if it needs it.
If not you know for certain it’s bound and up to date.
  
 The telemetry sensors will fill in immediately after pressing “discover new” given telemetry is turned on in Agent light.
 


  If still no results,I suggest starting from the beginning,read the manual and/or by use this video to set up XF.
