Hey Guys,

hope you can help me.
Have an unknown problem.
4s setup.
running an mamba f722 stack
TBS Unify Pro Race 5G8 HV Race 
and the RunCam Phoenix Oscar Edition.
VTX is on 9v on the fc and the Camera is wired on 5v from vtx.
I have like six bars on the screen. they dont move. 3 bars are bright (normal), and 3 bars are dark.
A normal good video, but bright and dark bars.
Do you have any idea how i can fix that?
Use this kind of wiring everywhere, and never had problems. always a perfect clear video.
A friend of mine have the same problem with the same cam, but only 4 bars, he connected the cam directly on the fc.

I just have an onscreen picture, on the googles you can see them more intensiv.
But i hope you have an idea, if you see the pic.

   

I am not quite sure i understand the problem, i don't see any "bars" in the picture you uploaded? Do you have any DVR footage on youtube? Or can you perhaps point out these bars in the picture?

but theire are three dark bars on the screen.

i marked them now. hope you can see them.
in real theire are more extrem.

   

Is it always there or do they move? Do they change with throttle?
It could be two things:
- EM Interference from ESC - might need some shielding between FC and ESC (if you are connecting camera to FC)
- Noise in power, you might need to solder capacitor to the xT60 power pads

Yes they are always theire and they never change or move. I soldered cam on vtx like in you guide. friend of mine soldered to fc.
We both have the problem. 
I have an 35v 1000uf on the xt60 pads.

Maybe try a different camera, and see if it's the source of the problem?
like i said if you could record some DVR that would be helpful too.

Here is a dvr from the other guy. theire they change a bit. looks like they change with the angle of the copter.

I found out something new.
the bars apear when i arm the quad first time. but when i disarm they dont disappear.
I also changed the power from 9v vtx to vbat.
also no difference.

When you arm the quad, the motors start spinning correctly?
I think that sounds like interference from ESC.
Can you try putting some shielding between ESC and FC, assuming you have a 4in1 ESC under the FC?

You can also try to DIY and use Foil paper, but make sure to have insulation between foil and ESC

Hello Oscar,

i put the Mamba Interference Shielding between fc and esc, doesnt change anything.
But theire is a new fact. at the moment i have the camera soldered to the vtx and the video cabel to the fc.
when i solder the video cabel to the vtx, the stripes are gone. but that is not an option for me, because i need the osd.
but it sounds like the problem comes from cam connection on the fc or not ? its the mamba f722.
like i said, a friend use the same fc and the same camera and have the same problems.

According to your description, the problem appears to come from the FC. Having another person with the same setup and problem just confirms that. I'd probably try to contact Diatone about this, they have pretty good customer support on FB/email. Maybe you are able to get a replacement
