Before looking any further, have you measured the output voltage from the barrel connector of the battery with a multimeter to double-check that it is actually producing voltage? If so then what voltage are you getting from it?

Yes both cells of the battery give 4,2 volt each if that is what you mean

No, I don't mean the individual battery cells. I mean what voltage are you getting from the barrel connector itself? Put one of your multimeter leads probles into the hole of the barrel connector and the other probe onto the side. What voltage reading do you get?

The cable with the barrel connector on is a known weak point on the battery case. It's possible it has an intermittent connection due to a broken wire inside the cable. Make sure that definitely isn't the case by measuring the voltage from the barrel connector while wiggling the cable about. You should get a constant ~8.4V with two fully charged batteries in the case.

I made a tutorial on how to fix. look back in my threads it’s the 3rd one I wrote. I’d post it here for you but do not know how to. I need to learn that. It can still be bad even if it works sometimes. Do not use the battery case until you get it fixed or replaced. Search for “fat shark barrel connector”.

In that case something on the power board has probably just gone bad. Check the solder joints around the barrel connector socket for any cracks or to see if it has come away from the board. Also check any cables plugged into the board. Failing that, FatShark is renowned for having excellent aftersales customer service with service & repair centres on most of the big continents, so I would contact FatShark support and then get them sent to a repair centre.

I'm not saying it any repair will be free, and in any case your Dominator V3's will be well out of warranty by now because those are now quite an old model of goggle. FatShark offer repairs for all of the goggles they've sold over the years. You will need to pay for any repair but FatShark repair prices are usually very reasonable.
