0 17-Sep-2023, 03:50 PM (This post was last modified: 17-Sep-2023, 03:58 PM by VintageFPV.) Hi All! I've just finished a build & one of the motors doesn't spin. It's showing 100% error in betaflight, and the ESC 2 doesn't show up in BL_Heli. I've tried putting the motor on a different board and it spun up fine, and I've put another motor on the board and it doesn't work either. That said, I've followed the ESC troubleshooting steps reccomended on Oscar Liang and can't actually find any shorts or anything. Is there anything else I might be missing before I undo all my soldering and just order a replacement board?

100 there is no image attached, please share it with igmur as example.
waht fc and esc is it? did you check the esc and fc plug for a bended pin? did you try another harness between fc and esc? you cant try to unplug the signal cable of the esc/fc cable and replug a working esc with the motor signal of the nonworking one the check the fc signal.

100 i spoke about betaflight fc firmware.
the fc does the passtrough between esc and pc, if the passtrough doesnt work you cant comunicate with blheli configurator - flash the fc could solve that maybe, a communication issue

Sounds like a dead board then.
Dangerous operations.
Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

93 Are you sure you have the correct firmware flashed? There are two similarly named firmwares `FLYWOOF745` and `FLYWOOF745AIO` that only differ in regards to motor pin assignments. Whichever one you have flashed now, try flashing the other one and see if it works.
