Just unpacked my Eachine Wizard X220S and followed the setup procedures to the letter. The motors were unresponsive to unlock and arming so I tried to connect to Betaflight to see what switches were suppose to be on (I set SWB to Channel 5).
When I connected the quad to the micro-USB the Betaflight app was unresponsive (Serial Port Open then Serial Port closed) and my computer did not recognize it at all..no beep..no nothing. I downloaded Zadig, the STM32 drivers and tried again and still nothing when I plugged into the FC. I took the FC out of the brick stack and held down the bootloader button while I connected the micro-USB and still nothing.
I have watched so many videos and tried many different things but I can not get the FC to recognize as a USB device. I tried on a WIN7 machine and a WIN10 machine and tried several different USB ports and cables. At this point I think I got a DOA FC in my quad.
Am I missing something here?
