0 I have a CR-10, which is a bowden setup which is not the best so I'm a bit concerend about trying to get it to print tpu, seems like it would take hours of adjusting. Can I print antenna holders / things in normal pla? Does it have to be flexible?

787 You will always get stringing with TPU. It's almost impossible to avoid and you just have to accept that you need to do some post-print cleanup of TPU prints if you want them to end up looking really nice. After cutting/pulling off any strings I then use the hot air gun from my soldering rework station set at 210°C to melt back and tidy up any surface blemishes.
One slicer setting that can help to mitigate stringing is the option that stops the print head crossing perimeters. What this means is that when the print head needs to move to another area of the print it will follow the contour of an already printed section so that any filament that may be oozing out of the nozzle will be laid down on an existing part of the print as the nozzle moves over it rather than oozing out into thin air and creating a string between two parts of the print. It's still not perfect and makes the overall printing time a little slower but I find it helps to reduce some of the post-print cleanup required. I don't know what the setting is called in Cura but in PrusaSlicer it's the "Avoid crossing perimeters" option under the "Layers and perimeters" section in the Print Settings tab.

12 In cura that's combing mode in travel menu. This works good to reduce stringing i generally keep this enabled. In shell menu optimize wall can help reduce retractions and playing around with z seam alignment options can help reduce added time when using combing mode.
