So I printed this GoPro 6 mount for my nazgul, took aroung 15 hours and this happened:

These are my settings, I am printing with SainSmart and Ender 3:

It almost looks like there is an actual gap in the design so the printer hasn't even attempted to join/fuse those parts of the base to the main camera housing body.

Do you have a link to the STL file you are trying to print?

EDIT: That is also quite bad stringing. Do you always get that result when printing TPU on your Ender 3? Sainsmart TPU usually prints quite well if you use the correct profile so I'm surprised it is producing that amount of stringing, unless your spool of TPU has just been left out in the open and has absorbed a load of moisture from the air.

Yeah I do have the STL, I attached it to this message.

I always print some stringing yeah maybe this time was a bit more... And yeah, bought this TPU a year ago and 100% it has absorbed moisture and dust Sad

I just loaded up the STL files in my slicer and both of them have the following same 3D mesh errors in them:-
  • 82 facets reversed
  • 140 backward edges
  • 140 open edges
The last one is probably what is causing your printing issues. Looking at the model slices in Cura I can see joint defects where the legs of the mount meet the body. I can also tell by loading up the STL in Meshmixer that it's quite a bad quality remix which has a whole load of surface defects.

I've used Netfabb to repair them both so they no longer have any mesh errors and they now load up in Cura without any defects present. I've uploaded the repaired STL files which you can download from the following link...

https://mega.nz/file/ILZRUAZS#1vzgwdkUZ4...nZJaEMDwDY

Give those a try and see if they now print without the same join issue.

One tip when using Cura -> if you install the "Mesh Tools" plug-in from the Cura Marketplace it will tell you when you load up an STL file if it has any mesh errors in it.
