65 We are definitely loving the area, despite having to deal with ignorant folk who are simply convinced that anything in the air is spying on them. My neighbors have figured out that I am not looking at much other than how to best miss scraggle while I am flying around our apple trees, but we have posts on the local board all the time about "I saw a drone, why am I being watched!?" a lot. No one has bugged me though, and I fly only where I have permission.
The Ninja is now my favorite quad. I can definitely tell the image quality increase with the T-Rex over my Predator and the latency has not been noticeable. It is a really nice camera, the lens is almost as big as the one on my Cat2! It has a reaction to changing light conditions that I appreciate.
I flew my Drift for the first time yesterday! More on that later...just finally took a break unpacking and finished configuring the flight equipment. Still have to install my video system on it in order to fly it FPV. The Predator will be the camera on it and I am thinking of running an old TBS Unify that I have sitting on the build bench.
Oh, I finally broke a prop on The Ninja! I have been flying the set I originally installed when I built it and I managed to crash hard enough that they required retirement. It was kind of sad...
The frame and everything survived with no signs of injury, but I did have to reattach my patented antenna guide.
SoCal Kaity :D
OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun! Addicted :)
