Help Boot loader issue with X-Racer F303 board

I recently purchased one of the X-racer boards from FPVModel and am having an issue with flashing Betaflight. The board was pre-loaded with Cleanflight. Each time I try to load any firmware it get the "Failed to connect to bootloader" message. 

Any advise? I have tried pushing the boot jumper prior to power up, I have hooked up a bec to power the board before hooking up to the usb, I have tried multiple things to try to get it to flash, nothing is working. I have several naze32 boards and have never had this issue.

Yes I am able connect to the board and access the current firmware's settings in the configurator, I just can't flash a new hex to the board. I am using the SPRacing hex and nothing works. I didn't know if there is a special procedure for using the bootloader push button???

Probably Same thing as with the spf3. Try set the baud Rate manually to 256kbaud and hold down Button weile booting

Yep that did the trick, i had to lower the baud rate. I put it in boot loader mode and lowered the baud rate and it worked! Thanks Clemens!

Where on the F303 flight controller do you supply power and what voltage?
