4s Lipo with one bad cell.
#1
I have gotten two bad batteries that have both lost the 2 cell the others charge good .
can I use this as a 3cell battery and not worry about the dead cell.
thanks Fisher King .

No, because they are all interconnected. You are putting voltage to the bad cell even if it is not taking a charge. Too much risk for fire. I cut my losses. Who wants to fly 3S anyway.

If you want to savage the lipo, you can potentially open up the casing and rewire it to a 3S. Also a risky procedure.

If you are in the States, I have good luck with CNL brand lipo. Inexpensive and holds up pretty well. You can get them at race day quad. RDQ also have their own brand.

GetFPV also just came out with some budget lipo.

Most places will ship to Canada, just not express. RaceDayQuads ship to Canada, they sent me a couple last week. So do RMRC

You better order before Tramp puts a tariff on lipos.
