Speedybee F4v3 uncommanded rpm increase to full
#1
First build. Everything shows correct in Betaflight, arm switch, mode switch and all stick functions. Gyros calibrated and they move in the correct direction. When disconnected from computer and bound to radio for flight. I arm the motors and they spin up to the 5.5%, but when I give throttle, the motors follow stick movement and then slowly start to accelerate to max RPM. I have picked the frame up and moved it, the motors follow by trying to correct, but they keep increasing RPM. The only way to stop them is to disarm. I have reflashed to no avail.

Thanks,
Jed

That happens when you dont actualy fly. Its normal. Go fly it and see how it behaves in a normal hover.

Put some props on it. Wink

It’s normal behavior with props off or when the quad is held down.
Dangerous operations.

I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.
