ports set up in Inav for Matek F722-PX |
06-Feb-2021, 11:51 AM For the GPS you appear to have two VCC wires going to the FC, one to the 4.5V pad and another to the 3.3V pad. I would probably choose the 4.5V pad rather than the 3.3V pad as it falls roughly in the middle of the 2.8V-6.0V operating range of the BN-880. For the Crossfire Nano RX, you need to wire Channel 1 to an RX pad and Channel 2 to a TX pad, so you have the blue and yellow wires the wrong way round where they connect to the FC. I would also wire the 5V input of the Nano RX to the other 4V5 pad because the 4V5 pads get voltage when a USB cable is connected without having to connect a LiPo which makes setting up and testing the receiver much easier on the bench. If you do that then I would also recommend moving the yellow, blue and black wires to the TX2, RX2, and G respectively so all the wires from the Nano RX connect to pads that are all next to each other. If you do that you will need to switch off "Serial RX" for UART3 and switch it on for UART2 instead in the Ports tab. Everything else looks fine. 06-Feb-2021, 05:51 PM (06-Feb-2021, 11:51 AM)SnowLeopardFPV Wrote: For the GPS you appear to have two VCC wires going to the FC, one to the 4.5V pad and another to the 3.3V pad. Your wiring is correct for analogue camera control, so it should just work. Do you have the normal Phoenix 2 or the JB edition? 20-Feb-2021, 11:57 PM 21-Feb-2021, 12:13 AM I think the JB edition comes configured with UART camera control by default. With wiring as shown in your OP it needs to be in analogue camera control mode. Have you ensured that it's in analogue camera control mode? 23-Feb-2021, 04:19 PM (21-Feb-2021, 12:13 AM)SnowLeopardFPV Wrote: I think the JB edition comes configured with UART camera control by default. Forgive me my ignorance but how do I check that? 23-Feb-2021, 05:19 PM 01-Mar-2021, 04:11 PM OK great THX. I checked accordingly and the cam was indeed in UART mode and I changed that to analogue mode but I still cannot get control via my TX16S via mid throttle, and yaw right. 01-Mar-2021, 06:52 PM Check your stick end points in the Receiver tab of Betaflight Configurator. If they aren't reading 1000 to 2000 then the analogue camera control won't work. |
