0 Ok I got everything updated between the v2 goggles and the 03 au on my chimera 7 pro V2 it flies ! Not perfectly but it does fly not what I expected from an 800 dollar bnf but hey that's what I get for not building my own as usual . Ok first flight fine second flight my osd froze disarming and rearming the quad did nothing I had to power cycle the quad to get it going again in all my years flying the V1 goggles I've never had an issue with any quad I've built has any body heard of this or know what it could be I'm suspecting the Bec on the fc but not really sure what it could be

2 Joey, better to put this in a new thread with suitable title? Helps people find it now and later to save them asking the question again.

19 Well, The Fly App is pretty dire, isn't it. For such a large organisation its really quite pathetic.
No direct way to the Goggles V2 activation, so had to choose either the Avata or the DJI FPV Drone, then it offers to activate Goggles V2 or Goggles 2 for the Avata.
Choose V2, and a screen opens with three numbered actions. And the third is connect USB. Yes, done that, now what, it just sits there forever doing nothing.
I know the data cable is good.
SO, no activation from Asst2 OR Fly App.
And the only thing I can do now is to send them back to seller, to an indeterminate delay.
Incidentally having clearly stated Goggles V2 on the DJI Forum, their support offered info and a picture of connection and activation......... for a Goggles 2. SO even THEY struggle with the stupidity of the similar and highly confusung naming.............
They want a video of activation, to be posted somewhere and send a link to them. What DO they expect to see, I'm logged into Asst2 (Consumer series), as they requested, it shows I am logged in. I input the same again as requested to confirm in the activation screen, and enter, it immediately opens an overlay screen that says "Activation Failed, Please Re-try"...........that's IT...............
Note, its not stating any reason why!
