In that case I guess your ISP (or VPN if you're using one of those) is blocking imgur for whatever reason.

just got mine. The shape has been changed to contain the antenna, a little weird...

Reviews of the iFlight CRYSTAL by Albert Kim and also Conrad below.

For the form factor alone I think this patch used in conjunction with a couple of the TrueRC stubby omni-directional antennas is probably the best and cleanest looking option you can get right now unless you are doing medium/long range in which case the TrueRC X-Air antennas are clearly the best, but they're quite cumbersome and inconvenient if you need to put your goggles in a backpack.

After watching some more reviews I decided to pull the trigger on one of these patch antennas. I didn't bother with the omni's because I already have a set of TrueRC Singularities that I will use with the CRYSTAL. The Lumenier AXII HD antennas seem to do very slightly better in performance than the iFlight CRYSTAL, but not by much and I think the stock look and convenience of the iFlight solution outweighs that tiny bit of extra performance IMO.

Unfortunately there are no suppliers in the UK who sell the iFlight CRYSTAL so I had to resort to buying from AliExpress. B**g***d also have them in stock but they won't be getting any more of my money so they can jog on.

Did anyone else get theirs yet?

Anyone else selling these? I would only by from China as a very, very last resort, my confidence is not very high.

Regarding buying from China, my advice is not to touch B**g***d with a barge pole. Their customer service is utterly shocking and I can confidently say it's the worst I have ever experienced. Their priority delivery options and add-on shipping insurances are also just a scam to try and get more money out of you.

If you do order from any Chinese vendors, never make payment using PayPal because it leads you into a false sense of security that you have payment protection when you do not. Always use a credit card where you will then have full protection under any credit consumer agreement that exists within your country. Then if something goes wrong it is the responsibility of the credit card company to give you your money back.

I've had no issues with buying things from AliExpress but I always use my credit card, and their delivery times have been quicker than stuff I paid priority shipping for when I was buying stuff from B**g***d. I usually get my things within 2 weeks from AliExpress and I always use a credit card to pay.

I just ordered my Crystal HD (carbon color) from B**g***d because i never had any issue with them even with expensive orders (DJI Goggles, TX16S, BNF Drones, etc..). In addition they recently added a new service (talking about Italy, don't know where available...) called B**g***d Express which seems to be fast (10/15 days.... for real, personally tested) and free of custom charges (up to now).

Probably, If I will ever have a bad experience I will change my mind but for now I have nothing to complain with them.

I used B**g***d for years and am a VIP5 level customer, but that seems to count for jack sh*t and it's only when you really need to put their customer services to the test that you realise how piss poor they really are as company and why no-one should be supporting them. They don't give a sh*t about the customer as long as they have your money. Once you read the thread below you will realise why no-one should be giving their money to B**g***d...

If people must buy from China, try to support some of the smaller businesses instead who are just trying to make an honest living and who are struggling to survive. You can do that via AliExpress and it's what I now do. You'll find all the same stuff on AliExpress that you can get on B**g***d for a cheaper price and with free shipping and no scam shipping insurance options to try and screw more money out of you for nothing. All of my recent AliExpress orders have been delivered faster than B**g***d orders.

So B**g***d now gets the middle finger from me.

I got your point Snow, probably I would reason the same way after some bad experiences with them.

My concerns regarding Aliexpress are related to delivery time and custom taxes. Is there any safe delivery service that may avoid both of them ? I bought something in the past afrom them but i waited something like 2 month or even more...

The delivery time with AliExpress used to be long, but not anymore. Certainly not to the UK. All of the last 7 orders I placed with AliExpress in recent months since I stopped using B**g***d have all arrived within 2 weeks. I've never paid any import taxes or duties on stuff I've ordered from Ali. I used to use them a lot before I got into the FPV hobby which is when I then switched to using B**g***d. I've made hundreds of past orders with Ali and only ever had an issue with one order that got resolved quickly. A couple of items also went missing in the post but I got a full refund without any questions, and quickly. Most of my B**g***d orders have taken a minimum of 3 weeks to arrive.

I use local suppliers now where stock is available, and AliExpress where it's not or if I need a niche product that I just can't get in the UK.

Having recently ordered the AXII HD set I hope this isn't too good.
