i have one question about using a caddx with goggles 2: does, and if yes, how, the FCC ˋhack´ work, because me being in europe, i see myself severely limited by the 25mW output power, which would stop me from buing a used vista for an inexpensive long range quad.

Anyone can activate FCC mode anywhere It's your decision to use either FCC or CE mode.

Hello Oscar, thank you for your reply. I know, FCC mode should work, i just was not sure, if i needed the ham file, the naco file, both of if they would interfere if i use both, of if the hack doesn’t work, when i use caddx with goggles 2.

Create an empty file named ham_cfg_support (without the file extension in the filename) and put it in the root of the SD card you use in your goggles. No need to do anything on the AirUnit/Vista/O3 side.
So the filename is ham_cfg_support with no data, 0 bytes.

That's everything you need to unlock the FCC mode.
