0 My question I have is this helicopter came with the JST connector that supplys for a 3s 800-900mah. The wire goes from 18 awg to 20 awg with 5 connections. Each one containing 2 black 18 awg spliced into each other and 2 red 18 awg spliced into each other then coming out to a 20 awg female connector for battery that can contain either or. I have two 3s batteries 2200&3000mah equipped with EC3 ends. Could I buy an adapter that has EC3 to JST and be ok and will the EC3 hold up onto these wire gauges or should I swap them out for a 16awg and have them be 2 wires instead of 5 connections.

93 31-Mar-2021, 08:43 PM (This post was last modified: 31-Mar-2021, 08:43 PM by V-22.) I think the bigger issue will be trying to fly such a large battery on that helicopter. An extra 100g of battery weight is pretty significant on a ~266g frame. Will the battery even fit?
