Just got this brushless tiny whoop.
I believe my Taranis plus X9D did bind to this quad because I get RSSI feedback and I can get the motors to spin.
The motor spin is the problem.
When I connect Betaflight config to the quad Receiver tab shows my sticks moving correctly channel map is TAER1234.
ARM is on AUX 1 and Switch SF on transmitter.
If I go to CLI and type version I get ###ERROR: version: NO CONFIG FOUND####.
Motor spin is the problem.
I do have to arm with the SF switch. Put the quad on the floor , raise throttle and nothing.
If I pull the Pitch stick backwards toward me the 2 motors in the back of the quad start to spin.
If I push the Pitch stick the 2 motors in the front start to spin.
Roll to the left  the 2 motors on the left spin.
Roll the right the 2 motors on the right spin.
Yaw will spin the motors if I move the stick.
The throttle does nothing.

You have "Flip Over After Crash" Mode (aka Turtle Mode) enabled. Switch that off and you will get normal throttle behaviour again.

The "###ERROR: version: NO CONFIG FOUND####" message just means that you didn't apply custom defaults after flashing firmware to the quad (or BetaFPV didn't do that at the factory). It won't affect the way your quad flies as long as all the configuration settings have been set correctly (or still as they came supplied from the factory).

No problem. It's something which is easily done without realising it.
