So I am new to the whole FPV Quad flying, with lots of help from this forum I have finally figured out how to get my tiny whoop in the air. I can fly it visually pretty good now so I finally started trying to fly with my FPV goggles but now when the quad gets about 20 feet away from me I start to lose video signal. I have seen lots of YouTube videos and I don't think this is normal. is it???

Make sure the VTX is not on pit mode.

The other advice is thoroughly check the VTX antenna connection.

Checking https://betafpv.com/products/beta65-pro-...quadcopter I see the VTX only has three output power modes; 0, 25 and 200 mW, so I'm not sure what the contoller does when you set vtx_power = 4. Actually 25 mW is enough in many cases so I'd set vtx_power = 1.

Other than that check both the VTX and VRX antennas and perhaps try some different channels?
