Walksnail Avatar Goggles & Quad Combo (Axisflying Cineon Z25)
#1
Does anyone have or know of the user manual / wiring diagram for the Axisflying Cineon Z25?

I purchased the Walksnail Goggles & Quad combo and am trying to find information on the quad while waiting for delivery.
I'll have to install one of my ELRS receivers when it gets here.

Looking for a little more info on the flight controller besides "High performance 20A/F411 AIO"

Thanks!

I think you might be one of the first to buy this thing.
I followed the links, I did some googling…

I’ve got no clue what you’re getting. Please post some pictures once it arrives so that we can identify its bits.

Oooh! Wait!
I figured it out.

They use a HAKRC F4126 20A AIO.

Thank you Lemonyleprosy ! You rock !
(I guess I didn’t look around enough - oops)
It’s got a barometer - cool !

Nick Burns did a review on it about 3-4 months ago. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know it existed until I saw the combo.

I’ll gladly post some pics / flight vids for it Smile

But more importantly- the goggles and quad are now in the next town awaiting pickup by USPS! Original delivery date of April 11 now shows April 1 …. Big Grin I’m guessing it’ll be here Monday/Tuesday.

Hi Quadflyer, how are you enjoying your digital transition? That is an interesting quad, front motors are setup as pushers but rears are normal. Let us know how you like the goggles!

I had the older generation of the Hakrc AIO, moved that through quite a few builds until it finally decided to give up, but then after laying in the parts bin for a year, its somehow mostly working again... go figure.

Hey Mstc !

I’m loving the transition to digital. I am so thankful that I was able to sample it with the analog CobraX goggles and VRx.

I guess I’m used to high latency video - been flying with FatShark Scouts for 3 years now with their higher-than-normal latency. The slightly higher latency of the CobraX and VRx didn’t feel that much different, to me at least. But now it’s time to see what low latency feels like Smile

SnowleopardFPV was kind enough to post about the Caddx combos that were on sale. Everyone here has been unbelievably helpful.

Glad to hear that FC had a long service record. Hopefully this one will be of the same quality. I’m excited getting to know more about AxisFlying too.

Spent part of today getting familiar with ExpressLRS. This quad will be my guinea pig for that radio system.

Yes, props out. But, looks like the front props are mounted upside down (when the motors are facing you) so they're the correct orientation when the quad is flipped over to normal. I'm sure I'll stumble with that ... a few times Wink

I like that the goggles include antennas: 2 omni and 2 patch. At least I can get started with those.

Christmas in spring? That front prop looks upside down or maybe just the photo...
UAV tech has a recent video where he recommends switching to props out in to fix yaw washout, I seem to remember Rosser recommending props in out to prevent the same problem... or maybe my memory is wrong.

Edit: oops got it wrong, UAVtech recommends props IN...

You are correct - they're upside down. I'm sure I'll get that wrong a few times before it sinks in Wink
My quads are a mix of props out/in. Not sure I've noticed a difference (?) other than where the grass clippings get sprayed.

Trying to locate the bind button on the air unit - it's all packed in really tight, then rotated Wink

Disassembling/servicing this quad is going to require planning and strategy ...

I’m a fan of props out because I like to “cut the grass”, and it keeps grass from covering my cam lens. But yeah, it is supposed to help with yaw washout.

I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this quad.
