4" ... I think the Ronin looks 5 inch because the Sohei next to it is 3"   Big Grin

I've settled on these 3 being the core models - freestyle, endurance / long range, and 3" basher. I am considering an Mk2 version of the Ashigaru. But for now, I am considering a race frame only for special circumstances or a collab. I just simply don't know enough about racing to expand on the Samurai and the market for racing frames is far more "trendy" than I anticipated ... and by trendy, I mean that people will buy frames that are winning races - a very objective measure. Whereas in any other FPV discipline, the trends are far more subjective leaving the market far more accessible for no names like me. Would def consider a collab though ... perhaps built around HDZero.

Thanks guys!

Let me know what changes I should consider for that 3 inch.  This was really more of a placeholder prototype to see how a compressed version of the Ronin would work out and it's actually worked out pretty well.  I've tuned it and it flies like a little bat out of hell as I would have expected.  With 1404s and 700mAh 4S I'm getting well over 5 min hard acro.  But I was expecting to make more modifications to it, so let me know if you think of any.  Thumbs Up

As for this Ronin Mk2 ... damn.   Big Grin   Big thanks to hugs and others who convinced me to give 15XXs a try.  Just got back from tuning a second Ronin Mk2 with Xing 1504 390KV with triblades and it hauls ass.

jasper, USPS is not shipping to Australia currently?  My peeps from the land of down under can't get any ronin goodness??   Cry

Hi Ronin,

Wow !  Now I am really getting anxious for that 3 inch as well as the new Ronin Mk2.

I am making a list and checking it twice (ha, ha).

I am also watching your website for new products to become available.

Great Job.   Thumbs Up

I read that on the news here.  I tried to check out from your webstore and there's  no shipping option showing up.  No fuss as my Mk1 is still  good. Happy to wait till affordable  freight option is available  again and by then , there  might be other Roninuav goodies  to order. Smile

USPS wasn’t delivering to Australia for logistical reasons related to covid.

You shouldn’t have any worries, your package will eventually get delivered. (Unless you shipped to Australia with USPS priority mail, then it will get returned to sender.)

DHL is awesome, but can be pricey if you’re not doing large volumes.
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.
