R9MM ACCST and Taranis X9D+ R9M ACCST
#1
Please help ! Smile

I'm trying to get telemetry on F.Port using a R9MM OTA using ACCST radio etc, after a lot of messing about I got as close to as getting stick input registering but no telemetry, I delete all sensors on the taranis and click discover new but nothing is working. I'll try explain in as short as possible the steps I have taken and all equipment used with as much detail as possible.

Taranis X9D+(Old one) ACCST - Latest Firmware (OpenTX)
Settings is External RF
Mode : R9M 868Mhz
Chann Range : Ch1 - Ch16 (18ms)
S.Port link : Enabled
RTF Power : 10mw (Just while testing)

When I bound the R9MM I bound with the option of Channel 1-8 with telemetry.

R9m EU LBT ACCST - Latest Firmware(Flex)

R9MM OTA ACCST - Latest Firmware and F.Port firmware(Flex)

Flight controller I can not get a manual for, BetaFPV support is unable to get me one :|

BETAFPV F405 Brushless FC and 16A 3-4S BLHeli32 ESC V2.0 (Actual version on board is 1.3)
Firmware is "BEFH/BETAFPVF405" BTFL 4.2.11

The best information I could find on UARTS was checking the sales listing for the board at ;

snhobbies.com/product_info.php?products_id=11143

and this told me to that TX1 is for F.Port.

I followed instructions from here :

oscarliang.com/setup-frsky-fport

and have the R9MM OTA wired from the "Inverted S.Port Pin" to TX1 on the FC with cli commands as below;

serialrx_provider = FPORT
serialrx_inverted = ON
serialrx_halfduplex = ON

and all I can get working is stick input, this is the only setup I could get something. Changing halduplex to off stops the stick input working so that has to be on, changing the inverted to on or off changes nothing, sticks still work but still no telemetry.

I tried every other combination using the TX1 Pin and RX3 and TX3 Pins from FC to "Inverted S.Port" and "S.Port/F.Port" on the RX with every different setup I also used CLI Commands changing the serialrx_Inverted to on and off as well as serial_halfduplex on and off with no success what so ever, not even stick input.

In Betaflight I have SerialRX on UART1 enabled.

Receiver is set to Serial-based receiver(SPEKSAT..etc

and Serial Receiver Provider is set to F.Port.

Telemetry slider is also set to enabled.

RSSI is also working as its displayed in my OSD so something is working somewhere.

I have also just tried changing set tlm inverter and halfduplex to on and off with nothing changing.

I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me as Ive researched my nuts off and tried everything I can think of and Im losing my mind Big Grin.
