I have a problem with connecting digital VTX Walksnail V1 to GEP-F411-35A AIO ( Cinelog30 with Analog VTX previous )

After connected BF 4.3 and executed the command in the CLI responsible for activating VTX (MSP + Displayport)

set osd_displayport_device = MSP
set displayport_msp_serial = 0 ( my UART1 on F411 FC )

and SAVE

I have to disconnect and reconnect the USB to the computer after restarting the FC and I don't have any visible new 
settings in Peripheral Devices VTX (MSP + Displayport)
I also tried the same settings on other UARTs, and the same result.  No VTX (MSP + Displayport) options.

I'm trying to avoid uploading a higher version of BF to FC.

Do you have any other ideas what I could be doing wrong?

I tried on another computer with BF and the same results.

The MSP+DisplayPort option under the Peripherals column doesn't exist in Betaflight 4,3 and earlier. You have to use the CLI commands you already typed. Doing that sets the required DisplayPort options (behind the scenes) but you will not see those settings displayed anywhere in the GUI for Betaflight 4.3 and prior. For UART1 in the Ports tab you also just need to make sure you have switched on the MSP option at the beginning of the line. Then it should work as expected.

Thank you very much "SnowLeopardFPV" for the information and approach to the topic.
I didn't think that it could be related with display the GUI in BF 4.3.
Everything works as you expected after entering it in the CLI.
I am only surprised that even after listing the settings,"diff all"  in CLI is not any informaion about UART1 that the port is set MSP + Displayport.
