I'm having this problem, where I have my OSD laid out the way I like it, then when I save and disconnect from betaflight and plug in the quad, it shifts everything up to like mid screen, this covers up some of the things I want to see. Happens every time I plug it in.

probably it's because of PAL and NTSC (you can find it in the OSD menue in Betaflight)
It depends what your camera is set to!
try to select one of them and test it.
