What FW on the ESCs, & have you updated FW version? Selected relevant ESC protocol in BetaFlight Configurator config page?

Blackbox doesn't record what your motors/ESC's were doing, it records what the FC was telling the ESC/motor to do at the time.
So from the log, it was the FC that was telling that motor to spin at 100%.
Obviously that's not normal from the graph you uploaded. Possible causes could be:

- Loose prop nut or broken prop
- Check FC to ESC, and ESC to motor solder joints (bad or cold joints), rework them if possible
- check if your motor screws are touching the motor windings (https://oscarliang.com/check-motor-screw...g-winding/)
- faulty motor or ESC, swap two of the motors in your quad and see if the problem follows that motor

This last one has been a common failure I have experienced. Has happened at least three times. A tip I have found, if you suspect a motor, another way to test is to run a DMM(digital multi-meter) across the legs of the motor, removed from quad of course, and spin the stator with a drill. You should be able to see that it either produces the same amount of current as the others, or slightly less.

Hi All

Changed all from motor 4 to motor 2 started shift in different direction.

Then swapped motors just motors and shift ramained to same directioin

So this confirms that ESC either cant handle current or is faulty

Thanks everyone for your time

Time to spen some money again.

This 3inch quad is nightmare to me.

First smashed my swift 2 then burned esc then this i just want to fly like my 5incher takes proper abuse

Happy flying happy people
