No stick input on BF

I was looking at the wiring diagram for the wrong version of that board.

Go ahead and switch it back to serial rx for uart2.

I’m assuming you’ve calibrated your tango?

You said it was flying fine until you needed to update- why did you need to change a motor direction? Did you put a different motor on? I’m trying to figure out what has been done and why.

Did you save a backup of a diff/dump when it was working prior to the update? If so, you can roll back to the original version of betaflight you had on it, apply the backup, and then just change motor direction via an esc configutator.

If you didn’t save a backup, I’d suggest starting fresh by flashing bf 4.4 again, making sure you select full chip erase, making sure that you have the right target, and making sure you select yes when it asks you if you want to apply custom defaults after it reboots.
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

So good news, I managed to get the radio to speak to the quad! I downgraded the version of the FW on the FC.

However, now its messed up the yaw and roll but that's an easy fix and I seem to have lost my customer OSD on the DJI goggles.

Any idea why the OSD is not visible anymore?

Its turned on in the goggles and also on BF

Make sure you have MSP switched on for UART1 in the Ports tab.
