Bear in mind it could be the quad as well. I had one the other week with serious gyro twitch, like a mid air juddering. Was the gyro, not the radio.

I changed the file's permissions, it should be accessible now. The radio's model is betaFPV literadio 2 SE

Those radios are not good for the most part. I bought one (4in1) for my nephew then upgraded it to the ELRS PCB and to get the thing to arm you have to hold down hard on the throttle stick. I never could get it to connect to Liftoff either. If you can afford it, buy a T-lite or T-Pro. They are both very good radios.

I have the Betafpv LiteRadio 3 -- very similar thing, I pulled the Radio apart and cleaned the gimbals with Isopropyl Alcohol which fixed the issue, but only for about 2 weeks, the Radio comes with potentiometer gimbals and the just seem to be crap. Another thing I hate about the radio is that uses crappy BetaFPV Configurator, which is Windows only software -- and that has the ELRS software baked in (some BetaFPV version), yuck. Betafpv does sells Hall Gimbals on their website, but those are expensive and it's not worth it for this radio.

My recommendation is to upgrade to something like a Jumper T Pro (I have 2 of these and they are fantastic) or a Radiomaster Pocket, both those radios use hall gimbals, and run the opensource EdgeTX, light years in front of the BetaFPV offerings.

Be aware there is a possible issue with the RM Pocket, I've seen a couple of posts now about a potential problem. One of them is on here and a couple more on Reddit.

If you fire up BetaFPV Configurator and look at the sticks, there is visual jitter on them. Same when you connect it to a quad while in Betaflight and go to the Receiver tab. Not all potentiometer radios are this bad. I have a Radiomaster T8 Lite that is a very good potentiometer based radio.

But the T-Pro is better, but slightly more in-depth when you set it up, especially if you want the six buttons to work independently (useful for assigning to buzzer and flight modes, but you can also assign buzzer to a momentary switch). The T-lite v2 has easier to use switches if you prefer switches similar to the Literadio.

As to ELRS versions and what not for the Literadio, you can use 2 or 3, both are now available. Regarding the fact they made there own configurator, well, it's no different to everyone else. The one thing you learn in this hobby is there are far too many configurators (BLHeli, Bluejay, EdgeTX, OpenTX, ELRS, Betaflight, Quicksilver, INAV, BetaFPV, Kiss, Jesc, Silverware and probably many more I haven't come across yet). Everyone and there aunt has there own configurator. I don't blame BetaFPV for making there own, it removes stupidity from the equation when people are configuring there products if you can only change certain values. You just have to look at all the threads from people on here who break there flying quads with Betaflight upgrades to realise that some people just need something like BetaFPV Configurator that simplifies things and disallows dumb behaviour.

I ended up buying hall effect sticks for the radio, since it was a relatively cheap option, and I don't really need a radio with more features right now. Hope it'll actually be less expensive on the long run...
Thanks to everyone for the detailed explanations!
