New to the forum but been fly since 2020
#1
Hello everyone,
Just stopping to introducing myself. New to the forum but been flying since 2020 but I feel like I been building more the flying and its not because I been crashing lol. My technology background is very little. I'm an Ironworker for my day job. I work with cranes and build big structural buildings so working with computers and programs is not my forte lo, but since I have got into the hobby my skills grown tremendously. One of my favorite things about this hobby is putting everything together and having a successful maiden flight its such a great feeling of accomplishment. One of the worst things about this hobby is putting things and they dont work. Then you got to spend hours trying to figure out why its not working only to find out is just a bad part WTF lol. Overall I really enjoy this hobby and want to learn more and maybe make some friends that fly too. Right now I know 0 people that fly fpv but hopefully by the end of the year that number is a little higher haha. I live out here in San Jose Ca, if I'm not flying then I'm probably fishing or playing golf.

Welcome to intoFPV!

I’m pretty sure I spend significantly more time building than I do flying as well- part of that is because I do crash a lot, but it’s primarily because I love the building process.
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

If you start a new thread in the beginners section stating what you have and what problems you’re having with it, we can get you sorted out.

It’s helpful to include photos of your wiring.
