I changed motors (EX 1002 20000kv -> EX 0802 19000Kv) on my whoop (SuperbeeF4 Lite with HDZero) ,should I also flash new ESC  image ? It was O_H_5_REV16_8.HEX before. 

I have different props too...(2-blades, 40mm ->3-blades/31mm)

No, you don’t need to reflash the esc’s for a motor change, unless you wanted to change some esc settings.
Dangerous operations.

I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.
