5 Seems like a font issue.
After you cleared the eeprom and loaded the right firmware, then Re-upload the font, usually takes a couple of tries.

1 Still no luck here.. Cant seem to load the KISS OSD font using mwosd is my guess. I tried loading the default fonts but the text looks the same in the goggles. I run the win32 version of mwosd even though im on win 64, the win64 version wont load. Not sure what could be wrong..
I can´t write to the minimOSD using MWOSD. "select font" ->"KISS_OSD_font"->"upload" and then I press write. correct com port, Baud rate: 115200 (Is this correct?)

0 115200 should be correct. Easiest way to do it is with minimOSD loaded you launch the GUI and flash the character set for the Kiss OSD then write the .ino for kiss.
If still doesn't work, try to replace the original font file with a custom one, and follow these steps:
1. Wipe the card with eeprom
2. Replace the fontD.h file in the Mwosd package with your file.
3. Load the MWOSD through arduino. ( make sure you uncomment the line "upload default font" or whatever it is in config.h)
4. disconnect USB and power with lipo. (watch the video feed - it should tell you to wait and when it's complete you can power off.)
5. load KISS_OSD.ino with arduino.
