Hi,
I am using taranis x9d+ se. 
I have lua scripts and was setting my vtx power and channel using the lua scripts. 
I can normally only see readouts from 4 screens (pid, pwm,rx,vtx)
However today when I accessed it, there was no reading for vtx screen.
Can someone please help.

Using holybro kakutef7 stack, atlat v2 vtx.

Have you made any software changes recently?
Do you have smartaudio working from OSD?
It could be your vtx tables setup if your on betaflight 4.1.
Make sure you have a channel and band selected at your vtx table setup.

Have not done any software updates recently.
I have not used smart audio on osd, only thru lua scripts.
Am still on betaflight 3.5.7
Anyy advise?

If you haven't changed anything, and this is happening. I would recommend just reflashing everything.

This means flashing fc? Will my setups in betaflight be erased?
Do I need to reinstall lua scripts?
Will my crossfire setup be affected?
Sorry many questions am not sure what to do.

I would check to see if telemetry and Smartaudio work first. I would probably start with lua script reinstall.

Yes, you will loss settings if you reflash the FC. Do a dump backup first.

Telemetry is working, I am also able to pid reading on the taranis, this means smart audio right?
If I reinstall lua scripts, means I have to delete the current and get new?also means that I have rebind my crossfire? Redo the crossfire setup again?

Just reload the new script. You should not have to rebind or resetup

I am using crossfire nano rx.
Would like to ask if in betaflight I still need to select smart port at telemetry output, at uart 6. (I currently did not select it and previously I can see vtx reading)

Question, are you setup Smartaudio to be used with Betaflight OSD. From the lua script screen that you posted, it looks like that. So you should have Smartaudio turn on on the port that you wired the Smartaudio. From your photo, the only other wire seem to be on TX1. Is that your Smartaudio?

Yes the blue wire is from the vtx for smart audio. So this means that I need to enable smartport under telemetry output for uart1?

Vtx uses Smartaudio. To enable Smartaudio in uart1 under peripheral.

As for S. Port telemetry, you don't need to enable at all because you are using Crossfire.

So this means I will enable tbs smart audio(using holybro atlatv2 vtx) under peripherals. This will allow me to do vtx controls using osd.
However this will still not solve the issue of me getting vtx display in the taranis via lua scripts right?

Hopefully your VTX display will be solve also.

Yes, your VTX uses Smartaudio.
