They are almost 25% less of tatuu packs and everyone seems to like them.

Hi Rob,

When you are working on sub-250 gram, weight matters; especially energy to weight ratio. For a given battery weight, GNB seems to pack more energy {mAh} than the other brands; especially the 3S 1100 mAh which weighs 67 grams. Compare that to most other similar batteries. The difference is not quite as great in the smaller sizes, but still...they tend to be lighter. I have found the 3S 1100 mAh to be an especially good battery for endurance and I get a lot of Fly Time from them.

Some folks believe that the Tattu batteries have more "umph" or stunt power; maybe they do, but can't tell since I don't do stunts.

My Parts Guide <-- Click to Download has a Batteries tab which provides a good comparison of batteries.

on a good battery brand like tattu or gnb, the weight does tell more about their performance than their c-rating.

gnb are high quality nice packs, for somehow efficiency quads they fit absolut perfect; for cruising, for lightweight builds and/or low pitched quads, for micros where weight is more a downside than a bit more power...

tattus, dinogy, infinity.... all more heavy, they also provide better performance and/or are better protected. sadly the c-rating doesnt tell anything...
i like gnb packs; i use small 1s/2s/3s lipos for micros, i dont know better !fitting batteries for ghese builds but i dont consider them for my current intense settups. i wont and i never saw someone racing with a gnb pack on a 5inch :-)
as a performance lover and lipo drainer xD yes, lightweight gnbs cant hold up to heavy tattu: in terms of performance and protection.

They have these GNB now which are very similar but these are 60C/120C instead of the 50/100C version and 10 grams heavier.
