Hey All,
I recently received a Newbeedrone Hummingbird (project Mockingbird) and have been enjoying flying it with my homemade gates etc. I have a problem, however, as the quad is running Silverware firmware, and when I throttle up in the Level mode (this quad is designed for level mode racing) it immediately starts floating back and to the left, back most prominently. I don't have a gyro to calibrate in betaflight (the silverware!) , but I think I can tune my outputs on my Taranis QX7 to compensate for any stick weirdness. I have the Hall Gimbals installed in my QX7 and I just ran the stick calibration on the radio this afternoon to make sure I was current with that, no change in the Hummingbird.
I've tried messing with the trim on my pitch output (I think) but it hasn't made any difference. I've tried going up and down with the middle position, and changing the subtrim.
Anyone able to steer me in the right direction? The quad is flyable, but it would be better if I didn't have to overcompensate for this pitch thing.
Thanks all!
