Left Throttle not controlling Drone

I am using a radiomaster boxer with a mobula7s.  When I flip the Arm Switch and push the Left Throttle forward the Motors dont spin. However when I use the Right Throttle the motors do spin. (ARM is SA) 
Can anyone please help me with this?

Go to Radio setup by pressing the SYS button. Scroll through a few pages (page 3 of 7 on mine) under you find the radio setup and scroll to almost 
the bottom of the page. Check to see if you have your transmitter set to Mode 1 instead of Mode 2.

Are you in turtle mode? If you are then moving the right stick (pitch/roll) will spin up the motors in the opposite direction. If you have OSD on your FPV feed, check there, it should tell you if you are in FLIP OVER AFTER CRASH mode.

on the OSD is shows CRASH FLIP SWITCH. On my Boxer I do not have the Turtle Mode activated tho.

Check in the BF modes tab to see which switch/position is mapped, you may need to adjust it to match your radio/preference.
