Do I only need RX without TX?

Yes, you can just use the TX connection from a GPS module to the RX connection on an FC if you wish, but be aware that if you do that the communication will be one-way only (from the GPS module to the FC) which means that the FC won't be able to perform baud rate negotiation or send any configuration data to the GPS module to change some of it's values if specified to do do in Betaflight...

Hello, my prof, it is not recommended?

Well if you have no choice because you are out of spare full UARTs then you just have to accept the cons of doing that. It will still work, but you might have to pre-configure some things on the GPS module using ublox u-center because Betaflight won't be able to do it for you automatically. It's the same with receivers. You can just connect the TX pad of the receiver to the RX pad of the FC if you wish, but you just won't get any FC telemetry data back to the transmitter if you do that.
