I bought this board as part of the build for an eachine 010s "clone" if you will but I have no idea what battery/charger kit to purchase.

You probably want to buy something like a Tiny Whoop battery.
Just look up Tiny Whoop battery and you should get plenty of options.

Well it looks like the FC comes with most of the possible battery connector options!

I remember reading that people said that the performance from the 240mAh 45C ($16.99 for 5 with USB charger) was much better at dealing with the added weight of the FPV rig. These are the 260mAh 45C, ($16.99 for 4 with plug charger)  might not be as good due to extra weight, looks like a 'better' charger, but these 1S chargers are notorious, so don't take my word for it!

General opinion a year ago was that the MyLiPo.de 205mAh 1s were the 'best' whoop batteries...
