I reset settings(HolyBro Kakute F7 AIO V1.5)...I dont have backup..know my ports tab looks like this.Any idea how to get back my uart's?

It looks like you probably didn't apply custom default settings after flashing new firmware. Assuming you haven't set up any configuration on the FC, the easiest way to fix this is to re-flash the firmware and make sure you click the "Apply Custom Defaults" button when you first connect Betaflight Configurator to the FC after flashing it.

I tried to flash but nothing happened....I will try again...and thanks.

This is all it says
Initiating reboot to bootloader.

just hangs

I use online firmware option as I have no idea where to download firmware manually.

Make sure the "Full chip erase" option is switched on whenever you (re)flash new firmware to an FC.
