Hey guys im new here, and I just got a Armattan Chameleon and i love it, i played around with the tune and i was wondering if someone can check it out and see if i can improve anything, i posted my blackbox log using google drive link and my pids in the image. This is my first time using blackbox so any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Set Up
Oomph velvets 2206/2300kv Armattan 30amp Dal Cyclone 5045c gyro notch 1 & 2 off set dterm_lowpass_type = pt1
When I open it up, it looks like there's nothing in it as there's no throttle value shown in the area underneath the main graph. However, if I scroll past the 2/3 mark, all of a sudden, I see data!
There's a lot of noise in your motor outputs. Are the motors hot when you land?
Also, what logging rate do you have set? I'm guessing that you're logging at the full 8KHz, which is completely unnecessary. If you are, reducing your logging rate to 1KHz will give plenty of information and much smaller log files.

Hmm I do notice the motors being hot when I land but I thought that was a normal thing, I can still touch it but not for long, should I bring D down to fix that? And I will switch to 1khz! It's my first time so I didnt know about that
From what I've read, using betaflight 3.1.7 and older, notch filters can be really useful. Removing them both may be causing you trouble. Here is an interesting article about older versions of Betaflight; http://www.propwashed.com/notch-filter-practical-guide/
Flying: Talon 6S 6" 2407s 381g no bat, Martian 3, 5" 2205s sooo heavy + gopro session 5 573g AUW, Aurora 5" 2205s 280g no bat, Druckbaer 3" 1404s 172g AUW 3S 550, BQE Megapixel 2.5" 1107s 139g AUW 3S 550, BabyHawk R 2.5" 164g AUW 3S 550 (stock except microeagle, CRSF, 2.5" arms) and maybe 3 more, for now...

If it flies well and your motors are now cool, you have a good tune!

+1 to what unseen said.
If you wish to change how the quad flies, you'd have to be specific about what you don't like now...
Very generally speaking, if it stays cold now, maybe you could reduce the filtering (notch width for example), but i can't download the logs so i have no clue what filters are set to now - EDIT: Ignore the notch comment, just seen you wrote that gyro notches are off.
