0 03-Jun-2021, 01:15 AM (This post was last modified: 03-Jun-2021, 01:16 AM by AtomicAJ26.) Alright guys I've had about enough of my HDO2s beeping at me after running not more than 20 minutes. I'm beginning to think its the SYK Kable from tbs thats causing an even further dip in the voltage. Has anyone else had this experience? For power to the goggles ive been using a pulse 2s rx lipo 2000MAH, the classic 18650 fs case and the GNB 3000MAH (one at a time of course) connected to the SYK Kable and it never fails that ill get maybe 3 packs in before my goggles start to whine for low voltage. I hate having the lipo strapped to my head which is why I use the kables but I'm getting to the point where I may just sell these HDO2s and look for some 04Xs if this keeps up.
Can anyone help or add some suggestions?

118 I used to fly my HDO2's through a IRC PowerPlay DVR (with upgraded 18500 cells) but I would get low battery alarms in an hour of flying and at times the goggles would just shut down.
Now I fly them on a 2s 1800mah lipo pack (in my pocket) connected via a cable I made myself and I can fly for almost 2 hours (an hour on Saturday and an hours on Sunday) and then I put the lipo back on storage charge till the next weekend with good weather comes.
If you take a chance this once and connect the FS 18650 case directly yo to your goggles, how much flying time do you get out of the goggles?

388 I built all my li-ion packs for my HDO. I do use good Panasonic 18650. I can got multi-sessions without the goggles beeping. It only beeps when the battery indicator goes to one bar.

118 03-Jun-2021, 11:18 PM (This post was last modified: 03-Jun-2021, 11:25 PM by kafie1980.) Looking at the TBS listing for the product, the Syk Kable accepts 2S-6S voltage input and which indicates that the cable is regulated else several people would be frying their goggles.
You could just plug in a 3S with the Syk Kable and call it a day since most goggles including the HDO2’s can handle 3s.
