What cables would I need to go from Fatshark AV in/out port to DVI or HDMI or Mini DP to use as a sim monitor?

It looks like I would have to go from 3.5 mm to RCA then RCA to HDMI. Does anyone have a working solution?

Although is says AV in/out, I am not 100% sure it can take video in. Nothing in the manual indicates that this is possible.

I am going to disappoint you even further. Let's say that the A/V port does work. It looks like Fatshark doesn't not use a standard TRRS plug configuration. The real truth is, TRRS doesn't not have a true standard. Everyone seems to do their own things.

The more common configuration are these. 



The RCA to 3.5mm cable you linked is the camcorder AV configuration. I have not come across any cable with Fatshark configuration. You might have to purchase one from them.

Found the Fatshark AV cable you need. Now you also need an RCA to HDMI converter.

I was hoping there was a proven solution as the previous Attitude models, Dominator V3, V2, HD2, etcetera. all have the same port with the same pin out.

However the pin out isn't a problem you only need video and ground you can move the RCA plugs to the proper "ring" if need be. The colors might not match.

You can always email Fatshark for confirmation.

So this thread is way old, but the Attitude V5 can be used with a sim with these two items...

THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I registered for an account here so that I could reply to this. I purchased these two items for the sole purpose of connecting my Dell Latitude E7250 to the Fat Shark Attitude v5 and it did not work. I could see a picture, but color weakly flickered at best. I contacted the manufacturer per a note that came with my Amazon order who confirmed this. Their response is below:

"I'm sorry that all of our HDMI2AV converter is not able to work with a Fat Shark Attitude v5 goggles.
This converter should be connected to a HDMI input device like a laptop and an AV display device like a tv, as showed on the attached connection diagram.
If you buy the item specially for your goggles, then I'm afraid you bought a wrong item, and you could contact amazon service for returning if don't want it."

DO NOT BUY THESE.

I used this (looks to be the same unit) with my Eachine EV100 goggles to convert HDMI from my computer to the goggles using the RCA to 3.5mm mini av cable. I'm not sure where it is at the moment but if I find it, I can try it with my Fatshark HDO2 goggles to see if it works with them...

Just dug the unit out but my Dominator HDO2's seem to only use the mini HDMI input to receive the video and the 3.5mm jack seems to output video signal and not receive it.
I tried it again with my Eachine EV100 goggles and get full color in my goggles...
