42 Hey all, do you guys create a new model on your tx without any RF module activated to use sims?
I have an x-lite pro and i love it! Dont want the external elrs module on though whilst i try out some sims.
Is this a thing? To not have any rf modules (or internal) active whilst playing a sim?

93 Yes, I have a model called USB with the internal RF and external RF set to Off. This also decreases the latency when used as a USB joystick.

2 As a point of history, and in case anyone has one kicking around no longer being put to use, in the days of 35MHz (or any crystal radio) I just removed the plug in crystal, which turned off the RF section.
A charge of the Tx then lasted AGES............................... ;-)
