20 That’s because the antenna is direct soldered to the vtx and the only time it’s removed is for repair/replacement..
Also, not until recently the thing hawk AIO boards came with a 25mw vtx.. so the range sucked no matter what antenna u put on it..do a “tinyhawk vtx upgrade” search.. you will see A WHOLE LOT MORE..

27 MANY things can degrade video range... just rough list..
1. pitmode. Video loss in 10m (30ft)
2. Damaged/chopped up antenna. Maybe 100m.
3. Autoscan.. wrong channel. Its easy to confuse 5865Mhz and 5864Mhz. Close up looks ok, but far away video distortion.
4. Black or white bands - power noise. Keep yelpow video wire away from ESC, and add lowESR.
Above all else, you need clear Line Of Sight. no hills or many trees blocking.
