Which F3 BLHeli_32 ESC do you have? If it is one of the revision A or B Tekko32 ESCs then you might be out of luck because some of the issues with those are down to a physical hardware design fault. Holybro will send you out one of the newer revisions if you contact their support department.

As for other ESCs, so far the BLHeli_32 32.7.2 beta firmware seems to have resolved the issues with F3 processors. It's not yet an official release so if you want to try it out you will need to flash that beta version. I posted the procedure on how to do that at the following link...

It is the Holybro Tekko32 4-in-1 40A ESC. Was bundled with the Kakute F7 V1.5.

Many Thanks.

Can you please post an actual photo of your exact ESC. Different revisions of the Tekko32 4in1 were bundled with that stack.

Please give me some time. I have it in the built quad.

Thanks.

OK. I don't want to cause you a load of bother. Don't disassemble the quad just to take photos. I can probably tell if you get a few angles with it still installed.

Maybe also post a link to the actual one you bought from the vendor's website.

The GetFPV product page for that stack states the ESC as being 40A. if that is the case then it's the older one with the hardware bug. The newer version is 45A and looks like the image below with a separate raised daughterboard soldered onto the main ESC board which contains the logic control circuit. Double-check if yours has this daughterboard. If not then you have the older version and all you can do is try to flash the new beta firmware I previously mentioned and do some test flights over an empty field where you can easily retrieve your quad if it goes down. Or contact Holybro and ask them to replace it with the newer revision.

No problem. If you decide to try for a replacement from Holybro, please let us know how you get on. Holybro know of the issue with the revision A and B boards, and other people have managed to get replacements of the new revision C boards (which have the daughterboard on it) for free without even having to pay any shipping fees.
