X-BOSS AC2000 Reciever won't bind to X9D
#1
Hello.

I'm new here. Does anyone have this reciever or any clue?
Transmitter is the original x9d plus. Have tried both versions of 2.1.0 and both options for the 1.7 firmwares for internal XJT.
The reciever has 3modes. Futaba, D16 eu, D16 noneu. Tried every possible option for d16 mode and firmware on xjt.
I'm doing everything according to the manual, select correct mode, bind process and so on.. Quad is ldarc et85 whoop prebuild.
As i understand frsky did made the stupid move with the 2.x.x, and I know about this, but obviously I can't bind even with the pre 2.0 firmware. I also know theres no way to find which firmware is on the reciever, and also I couldn't find any firmware specific to this reciever. OpenTx version is the latest by now 2.3.14
Do you guys think it could be the reciever has an older version than 1.7, i couldn't find earlier version of the XJT module. And does the channel order has anything to do with this, I tried taer and aetr.
What's your thoughts?

Cheers

All versions of ACCST 1.x are compatible with each other, so even if the receiver had a newer or older version of the ACCST firmware on it it shouldn't matter. I'm not aware of any 3rd party manufacturers who used ACCST 2.x firmware on their receivers.

I know it's not the answer you were looking for but if you've already tried everything in the manual then it might be worth just cutting your losses and getting an FrSky XM+ receiver which is FrSky's equivalent and one that you can at least update the firmware on to a version that is compatible with your internal XJT module if you need to.
