Google drone propeller guards and you will see a ton of options. Hope this helps. This image is not clear enough to determine an exact drone model unfortunately.

Well now that gives me an idea. Two frame bases with prop guards, put together in that
manner, but with motors in each prop guard (total of 8). Wow. A fully enclosed octocopter.
