If you are into building your own 3D printers (or have thought about it), you really should check out Voron Design . (WARNING! - rabbit hole ahead...)
I discovered them about a week ago while resurrecting my own 3D printer (which I designed and built 5 years ago). I am amazed at the community and ethos that has built up around their designs!
Voron Design is not a company, you can't buy a printer from them. However, many companies are supplying (partial) kits. And the documentation (including BOM and sourcing info) is outstanding! The current line of printers includes (from simple to most complex) Voron0, Voron1, Voron2, and Voron Switchwire. (If you already have a Prusa or Creality, there is even info on converting those to the Switchwire for minimal cost.)
There are many 3D printed parts to their printers, but don't worry if you don't have a 3D printer already. There is a community based "Print it Forward" program where you can get the printed parts for cost plus shipping. There is also a vibrant discord where you can get any help you may need.
I'm hoping my printer can be re-calibrated well enough to print the parts for the Voron Zero. It's the only one I can afford to build right now.
Here is an overview of the Voron Zero (check out this guys other videos - he's great!):
And here it is in action:
