0 dang i tried those, he also had updated settings in a later video. I can get airbourne and fly around but im totally all over the place. I keep asking myself is this setup correctly or is somthing wrong. It looks so simple watching other velocidrone videos.

1 Hmm.
Are you flying in acro mode? Do you know difference between Angle/Horizon/Acro modes?
I was just thinking if you are completely new to hobby you might be flying acro not realizing how it works if rates are not the issue?
Have you calibrated the controller in Velocidrone?

388 Better to crash in a simulator than the real thing. You will get better.

5 You'll get there. When I first started I was pretty sure my brain lacked the ability to control an FPV quad. The simulator gives the general idea on the controls and their reaction to your inputs. For me, flying an actual quad was easier, once I got past the fact that I had $400 flying around in a field. And that I took off without ever successfully landing in the sim....
Keep up the practice. Cheaper to crash and less repair time between crashes, hehe.
Deal
Here's the Deal
10" 6S FR10-G Long Range, 5" 6S Rooster, 5" 6S Badger, 5" 6S QAV-S, 5" 4S Badger, 5" 4S Phreakstyle Slam, 5" 6S Yema, 5" 4S Stark, 3" 4S Gecko, and a 3S 2.5" Tadpole, all of which are Crossfire. Tinyhawk, Tinyhawk S, and a DJI Spark. And projects on the bench....

74 Just bought Velocidrone. I'm very impressed with their video playlists! (The tutorial series in LiftOff is pretty meh...)
