Unable to bind TBS Crossfire Micro TX to TBS Crossfire Sixty9
#1
Bought brand new transmitter and receiver.

I reinstalled the Micro TX firmware several times, and pressed the bind button while powering the receiver and long pressed it again, nothing helped.
I also tried the latest non-beta version of firmware.

Green light blinking, not binding.

What to do? Please advice.

Did you try binding in 868 frequency mode on the TX end? I think this was a bug they needed to fix but I have not kept track if they have fixed it yet.

I have not found how to switch the frequency anywhere. I have a Tango 1 remote control. There is only the "Bind" menu item. And there is only one button on the transmitter module, there is also no way to switch the frequency.

I do not have a Tango 1 but I do know that on Tango2 and other Crossfire TX you can set Regions and frequency to 915 or 868.

I use a Tango 2, so I don't have experience with the Micro Tx. But I notice you are on the Beta version of the firmware. Maybe try installing the one below that Beta version. (the latest NON-beta release)

No idea if that is the problem, but whenever I come across an issue and I am on a beta release like that one of the first things I do is try downgrading the firmware to the latest release that is stable.(non-Beta)

I just did a Google search and found a few YouTube videos about having similar problems binding.

They solved theirs by flashing the Beta 6.06 Firmware on their Micro Tx.

That won't work unfortunately. The Sixty9 only works on the V6.06 or later firmware according to TBS. That is why they released it as an early (earlier than usual) beta version so that people with the Sixty9 could get up and running.

I tried the non-beta version from the beginning.

He had another problem. His RX blinks red and senses the presence of the TX. And mine blinks green and does not respond to the TX in any way.

I found what was the problem. The frequency has been locked. I pressed the Bind button 10 times, and the frequency became unlocked. I changed the frequency to 868 and everything worked out. Thank you all for your help.
