3 I have been having the worst luck lately! I fixed a quad just now, took it for a short flight and came back in. Turned off the Tango 2 and when I turned it back on I got "Bad Radio Data" and it wanted to calibrate my stuff again. On top of that, all of my models are gone.
When I connect to storage, the models folder is full of my stuff (so of course I backed it up), but it makes no difference because it's not showing anything. Also, there is no voice anymore and there are no wav files under the EN folder. There are voice files in other language folders but not that one.
I updated Tango II under Agent X but it's not fixing anything.

3 Update: I formatted the memory card and copied new SD card contents over. The voice is back. All of my models are still gone but I still see them all in the models folder. The radio.bin file only shows one model. Is there a way I can edit it to show all of my models?

795 If OpenTX Companion supported FreedomTX then importing the data into OpenTX Companion and editing it is trivial. Unfortunately OpenTX Companion doesn't support FreedomTX so I don't know any way of editing model data other than on the Tango 2 itself which doesn't really help you.
What SD Card are you using and are you sure it's genuine? Use the H2testw software to verify that it's not a fake / counterfeit card which usually report that they have a larger capacity than they actually do because what then happens with those is that existing data on the card can get overwritten and corrupted.

It's the SD card that came with the Tango - a 512 card.
I edited the models.txt file to add all the model numbers that my models folder shows, and most of them are back now. I'm not sure what kind of solution that is yet, especially since the .bin file needs changing, I would imagine.
Also for the last month, calibration never seems to work quite right. I have to calibrate several times to get it right.

When I bought my FrSky X9D+ it turned out that they had supplied a fake SD card with it which caused a whole lot of head scratching until I eventually figured out what the issue was. You can read about that in the following post if you're interested...

There's no name on it. I will swap it with another card but I'm beginning to think there's something wrong with this board or something.

3 Just an update: Simply editing the models.txt file seems to have worked, and I flew this morning without incident. TBS told me that I needed to re-add all of my models after each firmware update but that seems pretty excessive. I also got a reputable SD card and will copy everything over tonight.
